Child Support and Passport

i ma in a catch-22 situation.

i got new job overseas as i couldn't find a job state-side. But my passport was denied because I owe child support. I am mainframe programmer and there are no jobs in the US but can earn much more overseas.

So, I can't pay child support because I didn't have a job, but I get a job a job because I owe child support.

Please help

See an immigration lawyer and request an occupational exemption and make sure your wages are garnished to pay child support.
