Child support and paternity

Child support has been established for one child and paternity requested for another. Is it possible for the mother to stop proceedings by denying test?

That depends. If she is using a private attorney to do this and the "Dad" agrees, then she can probably drop it. If the AG's office is doing this and money is owed to the State for assistance like food stamps or medicaid, then no, she can't. If it turns out this isn't the biological father, they will want more names.
