child support
my pay periods have changed but I keep getting charged late fee's and the attorney genrals office does not want to change the date, am I over paying?

Sounds like you have relied on wage withholding to make all your payments for you. Try getting a copy of your payment record and see if it shows that you missed one or more payments, perhaps when the pay periods changed. Odds are that is why you are getting charged with being late, not because your pay periods changed.
If you missed one or more payments you need to make them up. Wage withholding is nice, but it is your responsibility to make sure each payment gets made.
