child support

is their any way out of paying child support due to my spouse wanting the divorce. we have 2 children ages 5 & 11.

I would like to fight for child custody but she is a good mother to this date. even though she wants her freedom to go party.

Re: child support

The judge will not consider who requested the divorce in deciding child support. Child support is for the best interest of the children, and they are not the ones who filed for divorce. The judge will order the noncustodial parent to pay child support unless that parent can prove he is unable to work due to disability.
