Child Support
When paying child support , can that money be used for anything the mother seems necessary, other than food and clothing? like house payment, bills, trips, etc. and what right do I have as a father to ask her to buy my children what they need?

Fundamentally, the child support is paid to the mother for essentials and you have no right to tell her how to spend the money. If you think the children need something, you have every right to purchase it for them.
