Child Support
I have been paying child support to my ex wife for both of my children. My oldest son is now living with me. How do i stop my child support payments for my oldest child now that he is in my care?

File a Petition to Modify with the Court. Hopefully she will agree, and save you a lot of money and headache. If not, then the court will probably order both of you to pay guideline child support to the other person.
