Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

child support

ive been paying child support for about 3 years now. i am currently paying 710 dollars a month. when i started paying, i had no problem paying that much, i was still able to maintain my basic human needs. i was forced into taking a different job, i now make almost half of what i was at first, but am still paying the same amount of child support, trying to live off of 500 dollars a month, i submitted the paper work several months ago to get the amount adjusted, they recieved the paper work in november of last year, ive called several times, but am told to be patient and a judge will see my case, well im loosing patients, i want to know if there is anything i can do to expidite the process, another concern of mine is that there is an adult woman, her 14 year old brother, and her young daughter living with my ex wife and my 3 kids in killeen texas, this other woman does not work, and attends cosmotology school using her GI bill, i myself am drawing a GI bill as well, and know for a fact, that the maximum monthly amount one can draw is 1100 dollars. i am worried i may be supporting her and her brother and daughter as well, please help

Re: child support
