Re: child support

You need to file a motion to modify child support and have the other parent served. This is not normally something you can handle on your own, especially if the other side gets an attorney. I offer free initial consultations. Please call my office and ask for my legal assistant, Arlene, if you are interested. Your other option is to go through the Attorney General's office. It usually takes them several to many months to get to you, but there is no cost to you.
