Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

getting child support

I'm 17 and pregnant. My boyfriend (the father) is refusing to help me with anything. His mother is trying to get him to take custody and I have no way to contact him to get any medical info or anything to help pay for medical bills. How can I get him to sign over parental rights without his mother?
