i need to put my self on child support and get visitation rights and spend time with my baby boy

I urge you to hire an attorney.

If you go to the TX A G office and they say "vists are agreed", you should not agree to that. The mother could never agree to visits and would NOT be in contempt.

It is definately worth hiring an attorney to make sure you pay the right amount of child support and get to visit your baby boy.
