child support

my question about child support is do i still have to pay back child support after they are 28-26-23 years of age and do i have to pay if they quit school

Yes, child support never ends.

If you don't pay it before you start receiving ss, then it will come out of your check.

Also, at your death, it will be the responsibility of your estate to pay the remaining balance.

Once they are over the age of 18, you can no longer be jailed.

Now it's just a debt. A debt that will never go away!
