child support rearage
My ex-husband says he does not have to pay back child support, (he owes appx. $14,000). Could you please send me some legal info on rearage. And info on the actions i could take against him.

If there has been a child support order, I know of no reason why he would not be required to pay child support. Enforcement of the order is available until 10 years after the child's 18th birthday. If you want my help in collecting this money (faster than the AG's office), contact me by email.
