Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

child support

I recently was ordered to pay child support for my 6 year old daughter. I am not her biological dad but i did sign the birth cerfiticate. My question is, I already pay 400$ a month for my 10 year old son and the judge ordered me to pay 325 $ plus another 100$ a month for my daughter. so a total of 825$ a month. I have another child who is 7 months old and his mother and I got married in august. I only make 32,500-33,500 a year and I pay for health insurance for all my kids. Is it legally possible for them to take out 825$ a month for both kids when I have a third that lives with me to support? I think thats way too high and I only am left with less then 1000$ a month to live on...what can i do and is this right?

Re: child support

You needed an attorney before this most recent order was entered. I suggest you find a good family law attorney in your area and discuss this in detail with him or her. To some extent you are paying the penalty for having multiple children with multiple mothers.
