child support is so high we have to get on food stamps to feed our new baby

Child Support is establishe by income guidlines as required by law. If you want to reduce the child support, you will have file a motion to modify with the court and prove to the judge any change in income. Food Stamps and a new baby are not factors to reduce child support below guidlines.
