Child support

if my son daddy sign the birth certification and now asking for a dna a test will they still make you pay

It depends. Probably the court will order him to pay for the testing. If he signed an AOP, he will first have to get the court to invalidate it. If he is not the father, you may have to reimburse him for all or a portion of the cost.
