Child Support

My son was divorced 11 years ago after their son was 1 year old. He left the state and went on the road for a long time. She filed for divorce and of corse it was granteed and my son lost all his rights to his son. Now after 11 years she is taking him back to cort for child support. Can she do that and if so will he get his right given back to him.

Yes she can ask for child support.

He will want to do a modification in order to see the child.
