Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

When is child support over

1995 ten year audit child support, youngest child emancipated 1993, not divulged at the audit, I owe $3000 not counting car that I bought each daughter, three of them and the back to school cloths buying bonanza. Okay fine I will pay the three thousand. in 1996 judge says its over.

in 2003, severely hurt at work,

medicated, threat of jail if I don't come to court for child support, over in '96. I asked for postponment for about ten different reasons the main one is I was sedated, no lawyer, they refused to give me copy of the audit. So with a cheap accounting trick, say I owe 57k more pay $600mo I can't, new wife of 7yrs leaves me with 2 year old son and I to live on disablity of 1000 a month. saying she wont pay that bitch a dime of her money, nor does she have to pay me child support for Freddie,6. So why do I have to pay child support on grown adult children,28 and above and I do not get child support for Freddie, she has good job money in the bank over 10k. Her parents owe freddie and I for over 6 million us dollars to boot for sexual misconduct with a child and the one I am paying for adult children owes me $30,000 plus interest for interference with child custody. why does that not count too? May GOD bless us all. fjwjr

Re: When is child support over

Your message is a bit of a ramble, but sounds like there was a judgment for child support that was not paid that somehow grew into 57K. You really need a lawyer, but sounds like that might be difficult. Sorry. Good Luck.

Re: When is child support over

File for divorce and ask for temporary child support and spousal support.

If you have no money, try Gulf Coast Legal Foundation or Houston Volunteer Lawyers Programs.

My deposit to start your case with temporary orders would be $1,250 (includes filing fees and service fees.)
