Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
Child Support
The Texas Code mention Federal Taxes, State Taxes and social security taxes or taking off the net income, I was told by Child support Review/ a sub-office of the AG of Texas that social security taxes are auto done with there formula. So, she would not need to use my pay stub to determine the amount, how true is this.

Re: Child Support
I use the person's gross monthly income to determine their child support.
You can visit the Texas Attorney General's website to see the chart and get more information about Texas child support.
I start with the gross then use the "chart" to find the net then can reduce the net income more if there are things like union dues, state income taxes, etc.
Also, how many kids is very important.
If you have 3 kids total by 2 different women, then you would not pay 20% on the one child. If you support the other 2 kids, the 20% figure is reduced.
There is lots of information on the internet about child support. JUST BE SURE TO READ ABOUT TEXAS CHILD SUPPORT.
Texas does not care what California handles their child support!
Good luck!
Of course, I would not set foot into the AG office without my own attorney.
If an agreement has been reached and signed by the Judge, it's too late to fix it now! Sorry!
