Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Child support- Texas

My husband pays an exorbitant amont of child support for his daughter but his ex-wife spends very little on the child. The child is pretty much fiancially neglected by her mother whom makes over 6 figures herself. Is there any law or way to have his ex-wife justify what she sends the monies on?

I assume the child rides in the mother's vehicle, has a place to live, has utilities at the place she lives, eats and wear clothes.

That is where his child support is going.

Courts will not make her show where the money is going.

If the child is being neglected or abused, then it would be time to modify the current court document.
