Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Child Support

I have a child in Texas that I pay NON court ordered child support for. I have 3 other children in SC that I pay court ordered child support for due to divorce. To protect myself, should I petition the court to make the NON court ordered child support, court ordered. Right now, I have no custody rights either and I fear that the two vendictive childrens mothers that I have may try to take me to court one day.

Re: Child Support

Yes you should. If it is court-ordered it 'might' reduce the SC support as well, but that would be a question directed to a SC attorney.
