What type of form would you suggest for an agreement of child support between 2 unmarried parties?

In Texas you would need to establish legal paternity if it has not been done so.
If it's agreed, it's easy.
If either of you go to the Texas A G office, I strongly recommend that you take an attorney with you.
Why? One of my clients came to see me after he'd gone down by himself. The TX A G only did child support for one child and even though they had been separated only a few weeks -- HE OWED OVER $12,000! Why? I have no idea and neither does he.
Hire an attorney and do it right!
