Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

child support visitation

It has been a year since I have seen my daughter. I've been on child support for about 6-7 months. The mother refuses to let me be a part of my daughters life. How do I enforce my visitation rights? Please help.

Re: child support visitation

If you were granted visitation in the conservatorship order then you can file a motion to enforce the visitation orders by contempt. Contact an family law attorney. Child support and visitation are mutually exclusive.
