Child Support
My wife makes 20K more than I. Can you tell me if when child support is set, does her salary have a bearing on how much I will pay or is the 20%(for one ) or the 25%(for two) pretty much the norm.

Based on what you have written, the Texas Family Code sets forth the guidelines for child support. The courts have the judicial discretion to either increase or decrease the percentage based on a variety of factors pursuant to the Texas Family Code.
