Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
Child Support
I am about to have a second child who will have a different mother than the first. I live with neither. Will my child support double or will there be a total child support calculated that will be split? Or maybe something else. Basically, I am trying to determine if my child support will double or increase by less than double...thanks

Re: Child Support
The Child support is determined by the number of children you have. If you need assistance come see me.
Re: Child Support
You aren't going to like this!!!
Your first kid will receive 20% and the second kit will get 17.5%. If you modify the first kid then both kids will get 17.5%.
Why? Because that is what the Texas legislature determined.
What do you do? Don't have kids with any new woman!
If you have a second child with either the 2 current mothers, your child support will increase approx. 5%.
Sorry!
