child support

If a woman files for divorce but no paper work has been received is there back child support? My soon to be ex daughter-in-law keeps telling my son he will be sorry when he has to pay back child support, he has his daughter sunday nights from 6:30 until Thursday night at 6:30 And has done this since oct of 2006.

Your son needs to review the court's file to determine the status of the case. He should also hire a lawyer. Unless he can establish the split custody warrants a finding of no child support, then he will have a bill to pay.
