child support

my ex does not work and we are getting divoced the childern live with me does she have to pay child support i dont want her to? i am asking for my boyfreind.

Whether the Court will insist that child support be paid depends upon which court your case is located in. There are 9 different family law courts in Harris County, and some of those 9 will insist that support be a part of the final order.
