Child Support

My 17 year old daughter moved out of my house and her father wants to go to court to reduce child support. Is a judge likely to allow this? She can move back home at any time.

Maybe, it depends, and there is not enough information to make a real assessment. Sometimes the support is reduced, sometimes it is redirected to the new primary caregiver of the child. Sometimes it continues unabated. You need to talk with a lawyer about the specific circumstances of your case.
