child support

i am 36 years old and my dad recently passed away and he owed back child support, what can my mom do about this?

If she had a judgment for back support she can file a claim against his estate just like any other creditor.

She needs to act NOW! She needs an attorney to intervene in the probate of his estate.

If she waits too long, then the estate will be closed and she will not receive any money.
