Child supprt payment

I owe child support and Im not working right now. My girlfriend is the primary account holder of our bank account but I am authorized to use it, can the state take back child support from that account without my permission

I'm not certain, but I think it is safe to say in Texas you will ultimately be forced to pay or go to jail; so you would be wise to pay or consult with an attorney.
