the child

ten plus years i slept with this woman and she here child maybe mine and is wanting me to take a test. she is married now and said that here new husband wants to adopt but they need to who the father is before they do so IS THAT TRUE OR NOT and if i am can i sign all my rights over to the husband that wants to adopt.

You should retain an attorney to protect your rights in this situation. The law presumes that any child born during a marriage is the biological child of that marriage. It is possible to legally overcome that presumption. You do not say in your question whether or not you want to establish parental rights to this child, or if you want the child to be adopted by the husband.
