Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

child visitaion and babysitting

My exwife all of a suden wants to know the name and phone number of somone who is watching my son while I am at work during my visitation. I know I shouldnt have a problem with this, I am just scared she will some how use it against me, (since she would like to move out of state with my son). Do I have to give her the information? Am I legally able to use a 15 year old to watch my son? She is also threatning to not let me have visataion if I don't give the info to her. What should I do

First, your current legal order controls. Read it. I doubt that it states that you need to tell her anything but since I've not read it, I can't comment further.

Technically, you don't have to tell her anything.

Texas does not have a certain age when kids become responsible. Some 15 yr. olds are great and others are "airheads".

You need an attorney to help you. I highly recommend PATRICIA BUSHMAN at 713.807.9405. Tell her that FRAN sent you.

Good luck!
