At what age does an infant get overnight visits with the parent who he/she does not live with?

It depends upon the circumstances, and to some extent the policies of the judge. A newborn can get overnight visits with the NCP, but often the judge will limit the length of stay for very young children, expecially infants that are breastfeeding. If you do not already have orders in place, you should.
