At what age does an infant get overnight visits with the parent who he/she does not live with?

It depends upon the circumstances, and to some extent the policies of the judge. A newborn can get overnight visits with the NCP, but often the judge will limit the length of stay for very young children, expecially infants that are breastfeeding.
