Child Visitation for Birthday

My court order says the other parent must come pick up the child for birthday visitation. However, we meet at a central location for visitation exchange. Will i be held in any kind of attempt if I do not show up to the central meeting spot on her 4th birthday. My ex-has limited visitation until then(4th birthday).

You are only legally obliged to comply with the terms of your custody order. It is also acceptable to make arrangements with your ex to pick up or drop off at another agreeable location. That being said, why would you do anything to stir things up on your child's birthday? Work things out before then.
