Child Visitation

Do my children, ages 14, 12, and 10 have to visit their father if they are refusing to do so every weekend

Just get ready to show the judge where in the order the children are allowed to refuse to visit their father and hope that they won't refuse to visit you in jail after you are found in contempt for permitting them to refuse to visit. You are the one responsible for complying with the order. If the order isn't working, go to court and get a new one. Don't just take it on yourself to violate a court order.
