Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
Child Visitation
My husband is on child support (current on payments) and as visitation rights but the mother (Nikki Caldwell) is keeping him from seeing his children. My husband & I called the Mansfield, Tx police dept on Friday thinking they would last less go with us to her house but they were not helpful ''AT ALL''
What can we do without getting an attorney.
Thanks a concerned step mother.

I think you've already seen what you can get without an attorney. Myabe you should try the alternative -- get an attorney, and see what you can get.

Ahh, there's the rub. When dealing with a legal matter, it is best to get an attorney.
