Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
Child Visitation
The non custodial mother is unstable- moves from place to place-has multiple men around-and will not supply us with accurate information when she takes the children. There have been numerous heresay about the conditions while they are visiting but no solid proof. On what grounds can the visitation be halted or at least modified since she is so unstable. The other issue is child support and the AG's office keeps giving her chances after chances. I feel as though they are harder on men than women and these children deserve to be taken care of by all parents. We are a large blended family and have no savings to obtain legal counsel but the emotional problems she causes when she disappears and then reappears is to much for these children. What can we do?

Re: Child Visitation
You need to modify the current court orders.
You need to get out of TX A G court and into a regular Harris County family court.
You need to document everything.
You will people willing to come to court to testify to what they have observed.
Anyone can testify if they have PERSONAL KNOWLEDGE.
You need to save your money and hire a competent attorney.
I highly recommend Patricia Bushman at 8978 Kirby Drive, Houston, TX 77054.
