Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

child visitation

The paternal grandmother of my

child refuses to let me see my child

becuse of the distance , we went to

court a while back and she got

temporery custody of my child

because i'm a minor parent the court

appointed me dates to see her and

she refuses even thought i have the

right to bring her with me if i am

over 100 miles which i am as non-

custodial parent i request your help

You need to go back to court to enforce the order. The circumstances of each refusal should be documented and hopefully witnessed. Your attorney will know how to handle it.
