Child visitation rights

After my divorce I move to Austin city with my kids. Can his father take them back with him to his residence at El Paso?

If your Divorce Decree is silent on the subject then assuming you have joint legal custody he has a right to have them in his home during his alloted visitation time.

If this presents a problem then you must return to court to have visitation modified to fit the childrens' needs and circumstances.
