child visitation

Do I have a right to take visitation rights away from my unborn childs father if he lied to me about being married with children and may now be facing time in prison?

Re: child visitation

Probably not. Lying about marital status and going to prison are not usually reasons to terminate parental rights. Not often will a court terminate parental rights if child support is supposed to be paid unless there is another parent (other than yourself) ready to take over.
