Child Visitation

The wife of my father's child has been harassing me, so I called the police and presed charges on her. I have the voicemails of her threatening me. Can I request and be granted supervised visitation, becaue she hates my child and I do not feel comfortable leaving him with her. If this is possible I will get a lwayer, but if not, I do not want to waste my money. Thanks!

It is a fact question that turns on documented proof and credibility of the witnesses. You might be able to get visitation that is restricted from the wife. It is a tough call. Get a consultation with a lawyer and bring the voicemails with you.
