Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

child visitation

i have a 9 year old daughter and do not get any visitation with her because of the mothers decision.i pay regular child support. me and her mother were never married but when she was born we both lived in florida. now we both live in texas and we are not together. there was child support papers ordered in florida and also i was allowed supervised visitaion about 5 years ago out of florida. since we both reside in texas how can i go about doing something to be able to see my daughter

Sounds like you will have to get the order transferred to TX where you can pursue enforcement and contempt. You will probably need a lawyer for this. Niether FL or TX AG's office would help you with this.
