Child Visitations

My child is 3 mo old and I am getting a divorce from his mother. Will I be able to get visitation rights with my son that young ???

Yes, you should get visitation, but it will not be the standard 1st, 3rd, & 5th weekends like you would have with an older child. It should be much more frequent, short visits working up to the standard schedule by the time the child is 3 years old. Feel free to call the office if you would like to set up a consultation.
