Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
Child visitations
If my 14 year old child does not want to visit father during summer. Can she legally refuse if it is stated on the divorce decree that he has visitations?
We are appointed joint conservators. It is also stated that I as a parent joint managing conservator, shall have the exclusive rights and duties: the right to establish the primary residence of the child.

Re: Child visitations
If she does not go to visitation, you could go to jail and pay a lot of attorneys fees. She is still a child and has no right to refuse. You are responsible for her actions. The fact you get to decide where she lives has nothing to do with visitation.
