Child Vistitation Issues

Recently they modified my divorce decree to give my ex more time to spend with my daughter. The court thought it was in my daughters best interest, but since Nov 07 every time he takes her to school shes been tardy. She reached about 3 hours of tardies and I am not happy with the outcome. Is there a way to stop this without having to pay an arm and a leg to hire an attorney? Can I get help through my local police station?

I stopped accepting body parts in payment years ago. This sounds like something for the school to address with him.
