If you mean on vacation, then you can't. During her periods of possession, she has the right to travel domestically with her child. If you are separated or divorced, your orders should reflect a geographic restriction on moving. You need to file to enforce it. If you do not yet have court orders, then you need to get some. See a lawyer right away.
