Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
child being witheld
I got temporary custody about 6 months ago and she has supervised visitations. She is now refusing to drop off my son to my mother since i have obligations, does she have to give him to my representative or does she just get to keep him until i get back in town at 2 a.m.

I would guess that there is nothing in the divorce decree that says she is required to drop him off at your representative's house. Without that language, she can cause you this problem. Might want to go back to get the order clarified. Good Luck.
