child
16 year- old wants to go to europe for one week during spring break (managing conservator's-me) schedualed time to have child. Do I have to have other parents permission to let him go.

You need to check with the group going to Europe.
Many companies won't allow a minor to travel without both parents signature.
I know that most cruise ships won't allow a child under 18 on the ship unless the parent not going signs a document that is notarized.
If it is the company's policy not to allow a child to go without both parent's consent, the court paperwork is irrelevant.
Many companies worry about child abduction and they don't want to be sued.
