Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
I have a child of 2 years with a girl who is married. I knew she was married at the time but he was in jail and we met at work. When he came out she told everyone that her husband is the father but obviously didnt work and now he and everyone knows she looks exactly like me.. Well she wont let me see her so i tried to put myself on child support so i can help her and see my daughter but she wrote a letter to them telling them she dont want my help and tried to have me waive i guess my rights to see her but i didnt sign because i want to see her.. She was letting me see her for while but now she is not. I dont think i have enough money to afford a lawyer. But she is not a bad mom and i dont want custody just to see my child. she is married and has an older child by her husband which both seperate all the time.. What can i do to see my 2 year old i dont want her to grow up to think i dont love her or wanna see her. Is there something i can do to get visitation rights even if she doesnt want child support from me?
