Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I have two children ages 15 and 17 who do not want to have contact with their biological father by phone or visitation. The biolgical fatrher is trhreatening to take me to court if i do not FORCE them to call him and give him their personal cell phone numbers (that their step father bought them).

Do I have to force two teenaged kids to have a relationship with him by Texas law ???

The simple answer is YES.

Worst case - your ex could get custody of the 15 year old child if you can't control him.

You have not stated any reason as to why they don't want to have a relationship with their bio. father. If you have a reason then you need to file to modify his visitation with them.

If you are not following the court orders, you are in CONTEMPT of court. You can be ordered to pay his legal fees.

If you read your legal document, you can be sent to jail by the judge for not following the judge's orders! YOU NEED TO READ YOUR COURT ORDERS. YOU ARE NOT FOLLOWING THE JUDGE'S ORDERS -- JUDGE'S DO NOT LIKE IT WHEN PEOPLE DON'T FOLLOW THEIR ORDERS.
